17.01.2022 Bill Gates once said, "Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning" and from this quote we realise that dealing with the daily difficulties of this pandemic has been hard both for you, our customers and on ourselves as small business owners. Covid-Compliance has taught us a lot about adapting our business (that is currently operating at a significantly reduced capacity). We're thoroughly cleaning tables and chairs between customers, we've installed sneeze... guards, use gloves, provide hand sanitiser, changed to a predominantly takeaway service and have spent money on directional signage to keep social distancing paramount. There are many, many rules to follow and we are proud of our efforts to keep our community safe! Rules are in place for all of us to acknowledge together and the stress of it all may have inadvertently ruffled a few feathers where some customers may have felt slighted by receiving a new and different experience compared to that of pre-Covid times. Queue outside on the right hand side of the door. Max. 2 people inside to order at once.... 2. After placing your order, please follow the arrows on the floor inside and EXIT VIA THE REAR DOOR, down the side of the house and back out to the front again. 3.
