25.01.2022 Last spring I gave myself the stairmill challenge. 100 flights in under 15mins. I'd never even been on the stairmill at the gym. It was that 1 machine that looked evil and boring as hell at the same time! I figured a challenge would make this devil machine interesting. First go = 100 flights in 19mins 8secs AND sheer hatred week 4 = 100 flights in 14mins 38secs ... BOOM!! What should this spring's goal be?? What's your spring goal? Comment below......
