15.01.2022 Love energizes the heart chakra, which leads to strengthening of the physical heart. The more often we feel love, joy, affection and pleasure, the more energy runs through the heart chakra, to strengthen the heart organ. If there is a lack of love being felt, the heart loses its' vitality and literally "ages" before it's time. The amount of love we feel isn't dependent on others "giving" us love. We can choose to feel love independently, through:... * Self love * Spiritual love * Love of music, art, nature, animals, plants, etc. * Enjoyment of hobbies, exercise, nutritious food, social interaction, etc. * The feeling of sun on your skin, wind in your hair, feet in the ocean, etc. The ways to experience love are unlimited, and so is our capacity to feel it. Feeling love is a gift we can choose to give ourselves and to share with others. The happy side-effect is that it strengthens our physical heart and enhances health and vitality. I wish you much love and vibrant health.

14.01.2022 I used to pride myself on being really good at multitasking, but during these quieter times, I now know that multitasking is not a good thing at all. Do you have trouble concentrating on one thing, or being fully in the present moment? Do you check your phone whilst in the middle of something else? Are you planning your next task whilst still doing the current one?... Then you are conditioned to multitask, which hypes you up and uses a lot of energy. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted. And the problem is that this is considered normal by many, so we don't even realize we're doing it. Let's try: Leaving our phone at home when we go for a walk; Focusing on one job at a time; Not having 15 tabs open on your computer at once; Enjoying each activity without distraction; Delegating some jobs if possible; Sitting down and reading a book; Honoring our own energy levels, etc. Don't feel guilty if you sit and stare out the window, you're not doing nothing - you're recovering!

10.01.2022 I had been searching for a leave-in conditioner that wasn't full of chemicals, and didn't have an overpowering fragrance. Then I realized that I could easily make my own, from my normal, organic conditioner. Just put 4 tablespoons of a natural conditioner in a spray bottle with 1 cup of water and shake. Works well, and economical too!
