Laura will be guiding us through the yoga portion of our retreat in September Laura is a passionate, committed and extremely knowledgeable teacher. This gorgeous human will be facilitating workshops on Alignment and the fun of Partner Yoga whilst on retreat with us in September in addition to her two daily classes... (...how lucky are we!) In her words One of my most passionate aspects of teaching is fine tuning alignment and offering the most supportive and effective hands on adjustments building trusting relationships with my students. . If you’ve ever been to a class with me you will know it’s something, I just can’t help myself from sharing. . One of my greatest teaching inspirations is Maty Ezraty and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to have studied with her before she passed. Her knowledge of the poses comes from a lifetime of living and breathing yoga and I wish to continue to share her teachings as best I can and honour her commitment to this path. . By assisting to understand alignment, I can better serve my students and offer assistance in diverting the pose toward the best alignment for the body. . We cant wait!
