22.01.2022 Gail G, Ron P, Col and Annie used free V/Line passes for a train trip to Shepparton on Wednesday to scout around for a club event. Discovered a suitable 10km walk, but it was quite a hot day. Returned to Shepp for a refreshing afternoon tea before catching the train back at 4:00pm.

08.01.2022 A cold and gloomy day for an "iso" walk, but someone has to do it.

06.01.2022 Thanks to Ron P for a pleasant mid-week circuit walk at Westmeadows/Woodlands. The warm weather was welcomed by the 10 members, and the forecast rain arrived well after we had finished. The view from Gellibrand Lookout revealed a quiet Melbourne Airport.

04.01.2022 A cold and gloomy day for an "Iso" walk, but someone has to do it.

04.01.2022 Exploring the Organ Pipes Ron led an eager group of Wednesday walkers around the Organ Pipes National Park . There was a good flow of water running through Jackson's Creek and a couple of creek crossings to navigate. But not a splash was to be heard . A great day out enjoyed by all.E

03.01.2022 Steiglitz Circuit Walk A group of Essendon bushwalkers spent an enjoyable day walking in the southern section of the Brisbane Ranges National Park starting from the Steiglitz Court House.

02.01.2022 Thanks to Ron B for leading our walk in Daylesford on Wednesday - with Bill C as co-leader. A pleasantly warm, sunny day for a 14km circuit to the Blow Hole. The 14 members and two visitors were pleased to escape further from Melbourne for a walk in the real bush.

02.01.2022 Thanks to Greg and Janine for leading our Saturday walk at Masons Falls. It was a pleasant Spring day for the 12 km circuit, and they even through a character-building hill as a bonus. We also meet one of the locals enjoying a feed of dry grass. There's a city somewhere in the distance on one of the photos.
