Dr Clara is a mum of 3 young children so family wellness care is definitely top priority for her family along with wanting to helping others achieve the same. She and her family are new to the Hills but she was has been practicing in Western Sydney for the last 10+ years. Dr Clara is very excited with this new chapter of her professional career and hope to touch many lives with love together with th...e team at Essential Health Chiropractic. Her introduction to Chiropractic was through her mother who had a condition which the medical doctors told her that the only solution was surgery but with chiropractic help she has avoided going under the knife. Now 20+ years later her mum has not suffered debilitating back pain like she had then. From this, Dr Clara knew that helping people achieve their wellness and health goals required a wholistic and full body approach.
