08.01.2022 So here is my version of deodorant paste. It includes diatomaceous earth which we usually add to our smoothies...helps the gut. It turned out OK its definately a paste not suitable for a stick deodorant i didnt add the shea butter which may have helped. Smells amazing!!!! I used eucalyptus, lemon, grapefruit and patchouli and a touch of thieves and vitaman e that has frankincense in it...mmmmm Let me know if you would like the recipe...X

02.01.2022 Lemon Essential Oil with water is the first thing I take every morning before ingesting any foods to avoid high acid levels...if you are feeling tired, stressed, always sick or just generally unwell....try it. It's a really inexpensive treatment to feel well again but dont just buy any essential oil make sure it is safe to ingest like Young Living Australia essential oils.
