20.01.2022 All sheeting installed today. Flashings, leafguard and downpipes on tomorrow. Another job running smoothly as usual .
13.01.2022 Katoomba works underway on Showground lane. New timber fascias, guttering, downpipes, chimney removal + relocation, corrugated roofing, vents, full leafguard kit and shed installation. Looking forward to the finished product, Rafter repair works and timber fascias installed throughout today.
12.01.2022 Today was one of those jobs where we had to extend the scope of works! I guess you don’t always know the condition until it’s completely pulled apart. High St units, leaking heavily for 10yrs + New box guttering, fibro eaves, downpipes installed for LJ Hooker. Replacement of sheeting is likely.
10.01.2022 We came in to change the Box Guttering and install additional pipes. But after removal of components this structure was completely rotten and barely holding us up. When a 4hr job becomes 12 Eaves ripped out and replaced to gain access to rotten battens and rafter ends. Additional pipes added as existing drainage was damaged after inspection, sheeting to be replaced soon.
10.01.2022 All guttering, downpipes and two large faces installed today at Katoomba. 2 x Existing chimneys also removed. Hoping to have all sheeting installed tomorrow and flashings on Friday . Looking forward to scribing all ridges for an awesome finish.
