07.01.2022 Adding a little goodness to a juice today. This is my new found love go-to healthy juice recipe with added essential oils eekkkk half a grated carrot A hand full of spinach leaves... Half a banana 1/4 of a fresh beetroot Half an apple without a core About 8 pieces of frozen pineapple 1/4 punnet of blueberries fresh or frozen whatever works. Leaves and some stem of a cellary 1/2 a cup of coconut water. 30mls of Qsilica for skin and hair health And for my amazing Essential oil fans. 1 drop of Any citrus essential doTerra essential oil is perfect in this recipe. I even love lemongrass or a single drop of lavender essential oil. FYI This is not a small recipe it makes enough for 2 people but if you like a lot of juice than you would love this all to yourself. Just like me hehe My little boy loves this nm morning and night he asks for this with breakfast and dinners. And if it's blended well it's also perfect in the fridge in a jar for later on that day. "Mum I just want you to know thank you for you and Myles for going to work today making us money and the food you get for me and everything you do for me I'm really grateful for you and everything you do for us." In shock, I held back tears and my heart melted. At my beautiful nearly6-year-olds ability to communicate. He is so tuned into my self-development work even when we have not talked about this topic together at all as I find awareness he does too. And teaches me in real life lessons.
