Adding in a few walks a week between your more strenuous exercise sessions are great for recovery, staying active, and keeping healthy. 13.01.2022 When life gets really stressful I almost always turn to exercise! And most likely a run in the fresh air! This is what we like to call a State Changer! It helps to clear my head, let go of the tension, think clearer, find a solution, step into home me and let go of work me, and just get in a better state of mind! What do you turn to when youre stressed? Its common to see people often turn to negative/unhealthy habits when theyre stressed. Alcohol, takeaways, unhealthy... snacks, treating themselves, not doing that workout, or simply stewing on the issue itself. But also, the point is, choose one thing and work on that, get it down pat and then move to the next thing. Improving your eating habits doesn't have to be as complicated as everyone makes it out to be, and NO ONE is ever perfect, even if though it may seem like they are.
