18.01.2022 I used to think that all the little choices I made didn’t matter, or make a difference or have an impact on the world around me. To my health, to the environment. Because....well it was just little old me. . I didn’t think twice about the perfume I was wearing. The deodorant I bought. What was in the packaged food I was consuming. What my makeup was made with because all that mattered was that it was the perfect colour and looked amazing. . It wasn't until my son was diagnose...d with ADHD and we starting looking at some of his triggers that I learnt that the little things DO make a difference. . I am still by no means perfect. But I’m ever so grateful that I started making changes SOMEWHERE. For me, it was buying my Family Essentials Kit and then slowly figuring out how to use it. 13.01.2022 I look back on this past year with love and gratitude. I know that may sound crazy to some people, but I am a better person because of it. I had time to slow down, quiet my mind and really listen without life's distractions taking my focus away. I realised I was playing small and I was letting my life control me instead of me controlling my life. I learned what I was willing to accept and what was a non-negotiable. I realised my life was so full of stuff, things I was doing... and habits that were no longer serving me but were actually causing me stress. The biggest thing I worked out is the direction I wanted to take and the areas I wanted to focus on. How did I do this? * I simplified my life and only kept the essentials and the habits that served me. * I found the things that lit me up. * I learned that although fear still shows up I take a step anyway, even a small one until I feel strong enough to rock the big ones. * I realised that I was here to serve and help people * I realised I don't have to have it all worked out yet, I just need to step up and follow the breadcrumbs and the rest will follow. 09.01.2022 Have you tried DIY Dishwashing Tablets? This easy to make DIY recipe contains dTERRA On Guard and the refreshing aroma of Grapefruit essential oil to help clean your dishes clean and leave them smelling fresh. Ingredients:... 1 cup baking soda cup citric acid 1 tablespoon dTERRA On Guard Cleaner concentrate 5 drops Grapefruit essential oil 3 drops On Guard essential oil Instructions: Put baking soda, citric acid, dTERRA On Guard Cleaner concentrate, On Guard essential oil and Grapefruit essential oil in a mixing bowl. Mix together until the mixture is an even consistency. Place in silicone moulds and let sit for four hours. Remove tabs and store in an airtight container.
