24.01.2022 Time to switch off!! Mum's sleepy oil.... vetiver and cedarwood, rolled onto my big toes and the back of my neck. My natural tranquilizer (not joking) I've actually had a very busy few days and jam packed, plus stuff running through my head through the night and keeping me awake.... so tonight I'm switching off. ... 24.01.2022 My rotation oils... Console and Peace I love these two and they way they help me in situations I do not want to be apart of. They comfort me when I feel lost or struggle with out of my control situations that arise. ... I have been slow on here, and I have been struggling with my happy place. But slowly getting back into my gym more regularly and making myself accountable for my own needs and self love. My cup has been neglected, and when I neglect my cup my brain is not strong to fight off the bitter things that come my way. This combo allows me to let go. I have lemon and forgive in the diffuser, and balance as much number one each day too. (And it really shouldn't be hard, but it's the way I let myself be programmed) I always tend to leave myself last, and do things that I perhaps dont want to or feel uncomfortable doing... why because I feel I have to, or I have no choice. ... Well yes we all have a choice, in everything we do. Especially the company we keep. My circle that I have naturally been attracted to, build me up and accept me for me, they dont make me feel uncomfortable and understand that if I say no, that it is ok. You will see my page has had a new name, it's completely temporary so I can merge this one with my scrunchie biz- @#scrunchnfluer I still use my oils everyday and I am totally shit at this biz social media stuff (hense my lack of posting) it's just not what I think of when I grab my oils or making a new DIY recipe. Or even making a scrunchie! But rest assured I 100% use and love my oils, on myself hubby kids and every inch of my home... I have had a few things on my mind in regards to this, and after seeing people ask me if I still do this or that, it's given me a kick up the bum to sort it all out. I'm normally super organised, but on this platform I am not So why the merge? I figured I would merge the pages so I can stay more authentic, keep all my stuff to one place. My scrunch biz is my first thoughts, and why I will continue to tell you all about the oils and various passions I have (like reusing recycling and encouraging you to being a little more sustainable) even healthy recipes with or without the oils then it's all in one spot!!! Even share some exciting bits and bobs through my floristry that I do with Hills Botanic too, and reorganizing my home, decorating or what not!!! I hope this makes sense... 13.01.2022 Balance You may of seen this one a few times. It's the most talked about oil not only from myself but I would say all the doterra essential oil users. And there is a few of us 1 drop in the palm of my hands and inhaled, diffused around the house or rolled on my neck and wrist (I purchased the topped for $1 for easy rolling) ... I have lost count this week on how many times Jenson has reached for his oils He has stronger with him at school to apply through the day, as he has had a little croaky voice. ... Emotional, grumpy, achy, over tiered, frustration you name it and he is having it on all levels. I tell him to get your oils from his collection. 11.01.2022 Early cold mornings!! I love getting up and feeling the cold, but also love staying in a cozy bed! Sundays I always feel I have to choose.. like why can I not have a cosy warm bed, outside Today we are meeting friends for a coffee and a buffet for the kids so us mums can chat All. Day. Long I always feel like I'm taking me time then, as the kids play and dont need mum!! I also wrapped myself in the Hope blend this morning, which is just warm and snuggly, sweet and Vanilla..., I just love it. And reminds me to reflect on my life, and stop and think of others. Then we have the afternoon of chilling, as we have had our fresh outdoors and exploring play! They boys are lucky to have this everyday, to me I feel it's normal for kids to play and want to play outside! What I am using to combat my cold I have been suffering with mild symptoms of a cold for a few days and now being the school holidays and having plans, I havent got time to sit and sweat it out! As much as I would really love to snuggle in bed... bit reality two kiddies running around! I always reach for the Essential Life book to help assist, when I need something more. First I have been using OnGuard on my feet and throat for immune help and cou...gh support. Easy air on my chest to help open my airways and release the mucus build up. I also take the LLV 2 times a day to help boost my immune (I had reduced it to once a day) I will now add Black Pepper and thyme to the soles of my feet, for an extra boost. 04.01.2022 I did my job.... So earlier on this afternoon, we had some rolls for lunch. Jenson was sat playing and eating his, but didnt finish it. I said to him to pop it in a container and you can have it later. Off I went to do my own thing. 10mins goes by, and I walk pass and see this. He took the plate from next to the sink (from my roll) and put it on the top of his plate to protect his roll. ... He has seen me doing this a fair bit, but he actually never said or asked about it. 04.01.2022 Moods and emotions This little combo is my first choice when it comes to my emotions. Depending where I am in my cycle i can struggle with the simplest of things and become overwhelmed, frustrated and angry. And no one ones needs to see and explosive Zara! 04.01.2022 Frankincense Not even 7:30am and Elijah fell as he was getting into our bed. Grabbed my little oil pouch, and he knows that it is gentle on him, and he says oils and gets happy... little too independant trying to apply himself. I would normally let him, but it was too close to his eye, and as natural as oils are they dont belong in eyes!!!... I applied the Frankincense touch around his eye to reduce swelling and bruising. This is diluted for safe application, and just rubbed on my finger and gently patted his eye, and brow as I dont want it going in his eye. He fell yesterday and bruised his cheek bone... I did this same thing after the impact and he has no bruise today. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but sometimes just a day. 03.01.2022 Cold remedy update! Litsea OnGuard Thyme... I realised my Black pepper was missing (last post), so I thought I'd give you an update as i reached for litsea instead. Great fro colds and coughing and it almost has a lemongrass citrus smell. I really love this oil and has been a biggy in my diffuser since I purchased it a month ago. These three oils, 1 drop of each massaged into the soles of my feet, and then the access I rubbed on my chest. 02.01.2022 Immune boosting. When the kids are sick, I layer them and myself up with some immune boosting oils. Onguard, oregano, lemon, lavender and frankincense, applied every 3-4 hours on the base of their feet.... This is Elijah with tonsillitis at the start of the month, poor sod was struggling so after a trip to the doctor and had a dose of antibiotics along with some mother nature to support him , he was on the mend for a quick recovery, now I miss my cuddles!!!
