08.01.2022 Dear Friends, We are deeply saddened to have to advise that due to the recent COVID 19 outbreak in NSW we have decided to cancel this year's Gorgeous presents N...YE event. All guests that have purchased tickets will be given a full refund and, working with our colleagues at Ticketbooth.com.au, this process has already started. Details for the ticket refund procedure are detailed below. Like many we have been surprised by the rapid change in circumstances over the past few days, and consequently we feel that the health and safety of our guests and staff is paramount. This has driven our decision making process. Whilst we wanted to close the year on a high to demonstrate resilience and that the show must go on, we now feel compelled to echo the words of Government NSW and hope that you can all Stay Safe, enjoy Christmas and New Year safely, and that we look forward to producing and even bigger and better show for you to welcome in 2022! Ticket Refund Procedure Ticketbooth.com.au will be managing the ticket refund process. If you have purchased a ticket via Ticketbooth.com.au you will soon receive an email from Ticketbooth.com.au to confirm that your refund has been processed. Once actioned refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account - this process is completely automatic and does not require any further action on your behalf. In the event Ticketbooth.com.au are unable to refund your card, they will be in contact with you directly to make alternative arrangements.
