Into a small jar of non perfumed cream. Eg sorbelene Add 3 or 4 drops of any of the oils above..mix leave for a 1hr or 2 to blend..there done.... 02.01.2022 Got an ache pain or sprain?? DYI magnesium oil.. Just use any handy spray bottle. Add equal parts if Epson salts and preboiled water. Mix until dissolved. Add oil once cooled..use as needed. It may dry "hard" on ur skin but that's ok. If it tingles it means ur body receiving it..it really relieves you ache until you can seek any other medical help...so handy easy and cheap.
