19.01.2022 Each morning I will bring you a beautiful essential oil along with an affirmation for the day. Today is the beautiful Eucalyptus oil from Australia It has a fabulous fresh aroma!... I love to inhale from the bottle to clear my head It’s lovely diffused to clear the air and bring a sense of cleanliness and freshness to a room. Eucalyptus invites us to address underlying emotions behind symptoms of ongoing illness, to accept that we are able to heal and take responsibility for our physical and emotional wellness which makes it perfect to use with affirmations! The Koala diffuser is adorable and will be on his way to Ireland shortly Loving the desert bloom passive diffusers with Holiday Peace blend, they are beautiful, Mum and I bought one each along with the Festive Oils of Harvest Spice, Holiday Peace and Cananga, oh my goodness Cananga is gorgeous, it’s from the same family as Ylang Ylang ... 11.01.2022 At the end of the day create a restful environment by diffusing calming essential oils. It’s a lovely way to finish the day and receive a restful sleep. Tonight I’m diffusing Juniper Berry and Adaptiv Tranquil Blend...smells so lovely, looking forward to bedtime. Sweet dreams

I had a shocker of a headache yesterday morning so I rolled Past Tense Tension Blend on my neck, behind ears and around hairline, I reapplied a few times during the day and felt so much better! I also use this for any other muscle tension in my neck, back, knees etc, it’s an absolute lifesaver, you can literally feel the tension melting away
