19.01.2022 I hate this essential oil! Yes that is pretty intense but I seriously cannot stand Cassia. You can't love them all can you? It is interesting though when I delve deeper into this oil why it is one that I absolutely need. On the emotional level Cassia is the Oil of Self Assurance and helps those that hold back and try to hide. This really has been a theme throughout my life. You know the person who is the life of the party? Well that is NOT me - you will find me hoverin...g up the back trying to be small and NOT be the centre of attention. I am not good and any of my own celebrations and even on my wedding day I wanted the quickest service, the least amount of people watching and the most casual day possible Cassia invites you to let your light shine and live from your authentic self with confidence and courage. It makes so much sense to me why I hate this oil so much! I need like a gallon of it Here is a great affirmation to use while you work with this oil. I will be using this one sparingly and seeing if I can learn to like this one just a little What smells can you not stand and what do you think that means? See more
18.01.2022 Did you know before I found my passion with essential oils I actually ran a blog? Shout out to all the family and friends who read my ramblings back in 2014 - 2015 My blog was called 'Living with Heart and Soul' as I really hoped to inspire other women to choose a life that brings them happiness, purpose and heart and soul When I discovered essential oils I changed my website to Essential Heart and Soul and really solely focused on the oils. By doing this I have di...scovered I am doing myself and you a disservice as I actually do love way more than essential oils. So I am going to start sharing again the things that light me up. Will there be oils? - of course they are my number 1 love! But there will also be oracle cards, journalling, crystals (yes a bit woo woo), ways to take care of yourself, how to keep calm amongst the chaos and inspiration to live your best life with heart and soul. I have shared literally thousands of oil recipes and will continue to do so but if you are one of my customers you get so much oil education in my private team group - so I know you can never really run out of oil inspiration This was the Oracle card I choose today (or actually it chose me) - Dreams of Change. And the oil I intuitively picked was Roman Chamomile - The Oil of Spiritual Purpose. This oil assists in shedding the meaningless activities so you can focus on more fulfilling work - the work of your own soul. How amazingly perfect for me right now. Oracle cards are such a huge part of my life - there isn't a day that goes by that I don't reach for one of my Oracle decks, I think I have about 30 different ones at the moment, but this deck is a firm favourite. 10.01.2022 Do you take time for yourself? If you are anything like me there is always something to do, someone in the family who needs you or a never ending to do list. But you know what - you simply must do things just for yourself. It can be as easy as taking 5 minutes, rolling on an essential oil and breathing deeply. Yes it can be that quick and easy! But that can make such a difference to how you feel and therefore how you show up for the rest of the day. Other ways you can take time for yourself might be getting out in the sunshine, taking a quick walk in nature, having a bath or a shower totally uninterrupted, watching a tv show or listening to a podcast that lights you up. Make a promise to yourself right now you will do something today that is just for you
