07.01.2022 Ok need a moment here. Tonight I was given some news that family members were not able to make it to my son's 18th due to a family tragedy that happened a few weeks ago. I was heart broken that they could not attend but I also understood. But there was this deep feeling of resentment and not feeling good enough for them. That they keep pushing me away and I keep trying to pull them closer. ... I rang a good friend @leighskead to talk through these feelings and you know what she asked me? Where does this feeling come from? It made me really question why I was holding onto these feeling and why I was acting like such a bitch about it all. Omg this was hard. I thought about all the times I never felt good enough and had let this side of the family down. It made me think about the time my twins were born and all I wanted was everybody's support. But during that time I said I was coping ok. When we look into our shadow self it is amazing what pops up and the reason we hold onto certain beliefs.. I decided tonight to catch an early one. But before I jumped into bed I got out this magical little bottle and placed it over my heart chakra. To forgive myself for being an absolute bitch to my family. And to forgive myself for not accepting help and pushing it away when I really needed it. And to send the energetic love and forgiveness to anyone who needs it.
