25.01.2022 Last weekend I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to go to Melbourne and help some oily family become true friends! The internet is great for connection, but there is nothing like meeting in the flesh! . . We co-hosted 2 essential oil workshops and discussed all things business! ... . . 24.01.2022 Oh my best today is completely different to yesterday’s. Oh the struggle is so big today. . . I’ve called upon my best mate @kathryn_waights to help with the kids this morning. She dropped what she was doing to come help. What a champ. THANKYOU. .... . I have done some serious damage to my back and can hardly move. Many tears in pain but also frustration have fallen today. Getting the kids to help you get dressed is one thing, but also asking some nice ladies in the woolies car park to help open the car door and put my son in his seat, is another. Thanks to everyone for your help today. There is no shame in asking for help when it’s needed. . . I’ve also called upon #doterra #iceblue - in the pure essential oil form, rub AND roller. These oils have been applied topically but I have also taken #copiaba under the tongue and some #adaptiv in the diffuser. Doing what I can to support myself. . . . So if my kids eat snacks all day and we all eat a $10 hot chook for dinner- I’m doing my best. Let’s tackle tomorrow when it arrives.
24.01.2022 Cleaned the pool today as it’s so hot here! It’s been a mess all winter and we gave it a good clean ready for the summer ahead of us! I have never owned a pool or lived in a house with a pool, but can see so many afternoons spent here! . . As I prepare left over Chinese for lunch (yum) I would normally turn to a cold can of Coke. But today, I turn to my new @doterra drink bottle and #greenmandarin and #lemon #essentialoils. This is seriously the best way for a healthy, refreshing drink! 23.01.2022 Oh I can’t wait to get my hands on these! . . There is a whole new #adaptiv system that’s been release in the US. We in Australia, have the capability to order things like this from there! .... . The Adaptiv system help calm and promote positive feelings whilst supporting mood and improving state of mind. 23.01.2022 Tonight’s blend is calling up rest. I’ve had a huge day. . . Started off with prepping my youngest two for school photos. Let’s say that I was nervous as I didn’t think Vinnie would do to well. Well wasn’t he a champion! He did great! And so did Bonnie! I then was lucky enough to meet with an incredible Mum from the local school and discuss some of her health concerns. We put a plan in place and she is going to be receiving her oils and supplements shortly! So excited for her...! Then I had to duck into town to buy some work pants that are also suitable for a funeral coming up that I will be attending. Then we had a busy afternoon with some house cleaning, school drop off, ballet and shopping. I’m exhausted. Let’s hope I sleep well tonight. . . 19.01.2022 Today’s two diffuser blends. . . To the left is the kids blends. Onguard, Citrus bliss, easy air and Adaptiv- clear some germs, ease some high tensions and also for clearer breathing. .... . To the right is my blend. Adaptiv and easy air nice and strong. With some balance for grounding and console to warm my heart I. Tough times. . . What’s in your diffusers today? . . . . . . Edit: as a disclaimer, when I went to plug in the lumo diffuser (left) it just didn’t work! I tried another power point and it still didn’t work. I also had just cleaned it, and do clean it often. So I jumped onto my website and opened the chat box and got one sent out as a replacement today! So easy and the customer service is amazing! I do have to send the old one back, but they are even covering the postage! What an amazing company! Note: DoTERRA diffusers have a 1year warranty! If you have a faulty diffuser or anything else, reach out to them and they will help you!
15.01.2022 This is what my workshop looked like today. . . I love that when people open up their home to me to facilitate the workshop, that each set up is completely different. Even the workshop runs different every single time. I like people to ask questions and I generally see a theme within only a short 10-15 minutes. ... . . Today was about feeling more energised and less tired! Isn’t that what a lot of us search for! . . Well well well... With essential oils we spoke about the amazing lifelong vitality supplements in combatting fogginess in the head, helping with energy and sluggishness. We spoke about citrus oils and peppermint with their uplifting properties as well as sleep and relaxation oils like lavender, lavender peace, balance and Adaptiv. We crossed over to clary sage and clary calm for female monthly support. . . The reason why I host classes is that I love to educate people on CHOICES. There are many things that I now substitute into my daily life with essential oils. We spoke about modern medicine and there is still a place in today’s society for it. But it’s just about options- oils first, doctors second. Treating the cause, not the symptoms. The conversation then lead into the effectiveness of pure essential oils- accessing the brain, blood stream and every single cell of your body within 20 minutes. Pretty amazing stuff. . . 15.01.2022 These are the main oils I have been using to support my back injury over the last two days. . . #iceblue is your natural, epic and amazing deep heat. I am using it in all forms - rub, pure essential oil and also diluted roller. As the pain and discomfort i have in in my upper middle back, it’s obviously hard to reach. This is why I am use the roller as it’s the best a can do with the reach of the roller. My beautiful husband has then been massaging the ice blue and copaiba in...to the rub. Nice and strong. . . It’s then also been paired with some emotional oils in the diffuser as I’m struggling with not being able to do much. #forgive and #console along with balance, #frankincense and #Adaptiv. . . With the amount of oils I’m using at the moment topically, this is where I’m really glad that they are pure and as potent as what they are. What does potency mean to you? It means that one drop is amazingly powerful and you don’t need much. 1-2 pea size amounts of rub covers the whole pain site and does an amazing job. Oh how I love that I’m not buying crap and using lots of it. . . What do you use when you have aches and pains to support yourself??
