Fractionated Coconut Oil is a lovely oil that is commonly used as a carrier oil for essential oils or as a massage oil. It is fragrance free and palm oil free. Castile soap is soooo versatile. You can use it to replace your hand wash, body wash, diswashing liquid, you can use it in a bubble bath recipe. We have added a beautiful Magnesium Bath Soak and a new look for our shampoo and conditioner. The Magesium Bath Soak contains the beautiful mix of Magnesium Chloride and Pink Himalayan Salt. It is paraben, sulphate and fragrance free to set you up for luxurious and relaxing bath. ... The Shampoo is additive, PEG and sulphate free and this one is also fragrance free. You can add your own essential oils if that's where life is taking you, or you can leave it as is. The conditioner is additive free and also now fragrance free. Again you can spice it up with your own essential oils or leave it as is. The shampoo and conditioner are now in reusable PET 250ml bottles (more product in every bottle now!) with a handy pump closure. 05.01.2022 It took me quite a few trials to finally have a DIY laundry powder recipe that I liked and that I feel like actually washes well. This one does the trick. It has more sodium bicarbonate than most recipes and uses ground coconut soap rather than grating up commercially available soap that often contains palm oil. 02.01.2022 If you want to start 2021 with bang, I 100% recommend signing up to this Dr Libby course. It is $100 off for TODAY ONLY! I could say so much about this course, I could speak for hours about it. It has changed my life! After saying goodbye to my beautiful daughter Audrey, I put on a lot of weight. It kind of just crept up on me I guess. I hated myself so I ate and drank things that weren't good for my body. When I finally moved to Geelong to start fresh, I wanted to star...t fresh in myself. So I tried to lose weight. With 2 years of bouncing around the same 2kg regardless of how much exercise I did, how much food I didn't eat or the type of food I ate I was exhausted. I choose to eat nourishing food, that suits my body, that tells my body I am safe to use fat as a fuel. It literally feels like magic to me. It just finally works. So yes I've lost some weight, I'm on a long journey with that to get back to where I should be, but I have also gained other things. I have gained and extra 4 days in my menstrual cycle! 4 days is huge! I was having my period every 21days I was exhausted! My hormones were running the show rather than me. I was a complete mess and had only 3 to 5 days in my cycle where I actually felt happy. Now, it's the complete opposite. More happy days than not. I am in charge again, not my hormones, not adrenaline, not cortisol, ME! So yes I have lost some weight, but I have gained ME! 01.01.2022 I need a favour from each one of you Ok so, this is a bit different to what I normally would post, but I reckon it might work well if we all get behind it. As we know, a lot of small business are really struggling at the moment. We are doing everything we can to just hold on and get through this, but it is so tough. However, one idea I was just thinking of, that I reckon could really help and does not cost us anything to do, well other than say 5 minutes of your time, would ...be to jump on Google and give a review to a local business that you have used in the last 6 months. As we know, getting to the top of Google can be priceless for any business, let alone small business, and while I am no SEO expert, a lot of the ones that are expert have said that if you have good reviews from customers you are more likely to be higher in the rankings than those businesses that do not have reviews. And hey, even if I am wrong and this doesn't help the business with there SEO, I still say, if we can take 5 minutes to give a local small business for whom we have brought something from or used their service, a nice review, I think it will go a long way to boosting the morale of the business owner and all those that work there and it might just be the exact boost they need emotionally, to help them to keep pushing through.
