21.01.2022 Helichrysum Meaning: Golden Sun ~ Everlasting & Immortal. Used for centuries for the appearance of skin, also for with supporting injury and even during the days when there was nothing for support during surgery...and often only for the wealthy!... This oil has earned its status ~ The Hero! In our home, it has served us well on many occasions. My C-Sec scaring post Annabel and after birthing Joshua for fast healing. Bumps and bruises when the kids have fallen, or decided to throw things at each other...to cut fingers to stop the blood from flowing! This oil is super supportive for discomfort ~ from head tension to body tension, it’s amazing aroma allows you to feel on top of the world, and have the ability and confidence to do what you set out to do. It is my personal favourite to empower me to ‘wonder woman’ status! At every consult I have and I talk about LRP, i often get asked ‘what oil do you recommend I add to my kit?’ every time I answer with Helichrysum. This oil is my hero oil ~ and I’m so glad it’s available to us here in Australia in the oil and the touch for convenience of application.

18.01.2022 The house we currently live in is very old, I can’t say for sure, but I often think there may be hidden nasties under the carpet, under the floor boards and in the walls. Aka mould! We all know what damage that can do to our bodies, especially our respiratory system. It looks clean on the outside, mainly because I’m a little bit of a clean freak! I just can’t tell what’s behind the walls!!... Remedy, move out...yes that would be amazing, but we are saving for another home to build, and not really an option at this stage. Other remedy, clean with ON GUARD, doterra’s protective blend Yep can do that! I haven’t walked down the cleaning aisle for YEARS, yep true story!
