21.01.2022 Phases, seasons... I know these concepts... I’ve taught these concepts... but living in the reality of them is a whole other thing!! Never before have I felt so empty as I have in the last few months.... so lost .... there have been days where I have not been able to pick up my Bible, there have been days and weeks where I haven’t been able to use an oil (even when I knew my body was craving them), there were days when I couldn’t remember if I showered or even ate... The o...nly way to explain it is like I was walking around in a fog... I became very good at pretending, at acting like I thought I should... or like I thought others wanted me to... I would be in a conversation with people and within minutes after laughing I would be a bawling mess... I have asked myself more than once am I even grieving the right way? And I’m not sure of the answer to that yet ... I have been encouraged by a very precious friend to share this here as a way of moving forward, a way of taking that first step in coming back to share my heart again with you all... I want nothing more than to be able to share my love for the Bible and oils again and that this stuck and empty phase is coming to an end... I can feel that... but because I have been absent for so long I feel unauthorised to share again.. which is just a lie from the enemy I know that... So this is me... being real, being me... I have been in that season or phase of emptiness and I am ready to be filled again to be able to share what God has for me to share with you all... love you all... I’ve missed you!! See more

03.01.2022 Slowing down to do better... This year my word is Renewed... there is a newness happening in my life that I am wanting to nurture and protect. It has been the hardest start to a year that I have ever had, but I have such a peace that God is doing something new in my life and family right now! Most of you know we had a two week holiday as we headed home from Sydney due to border closures and I was not a fan! I just wanted to get home! But of course, now looking back, t...hose two weeks were so refreshing, so life giving and so precious for our little family!! Those two weeks really anchored my word of being renewed as there was a freshness and a coming back together as a family that I will treasure so deeply. So today I have a list a mile long of what I need to do, but for now, for a moment, I am going to sit with my coffee and a few oils and focus on on what renewal I can see on my life right now... 03.01.2022 Fill those diffusers up! I make a habit of keeping a container of water (you can use old wine bottles or resealable carafes) by each diffuser in my home so that it is easier to fill them up and I don’t have an excuse not to. Fill with water and choose an oil or a blend that speaks to you. Do you want to tackle your To Do List? Drop some Motivate in there! Do you want to feel relaxed and calm? Perhaps Adaptiv or Peace is a better route. Or this one... my go to for happy families !!! Whatever you are in the mood for - go with it! Just make sure that you are using those diffusers!
