06.01.2022 Isolation in a 4.5 star Hotel you would assume it's a holiday ... however , the psychological effects of isolation are real! ... having no ability to communicate with your fellow human does something to people, having an unseen "threat" in your mind at all times is a weight on anyone's state of wellbeing... if your in isolation best advice I can give.... is...
