10.01.2022 Had a simple straight forward leaky tap job, but rather than rush off and head to the next one I checked a few extra things in the shower to find alot of debris in connection of the shower rose. No extra cost to the customer as I was still within the first hour of work. Just a little bit more can go a long way.

08.01.2022 Sometimes you follow up after some sloppy work. Found bits of tile and all sorts of debris down a shower waste that was backing up. Had to make up some improvised pliers out of copper to pull out the bigger bits and save the possibilities of them causing issues further down the drain once flushed through. Always gotta think bigger than the problem.
