21.01.2022 Attitude really is everything! No matter what circumstances you are in you can have better results by adjusting your attitude! The first thing to improve your a...ttitude is realise that you CANNOT control other people! Nor can you control everything about your surroundings. But you can control yourself and you can remove yourself from surroundings that you don’t want. How do you control your attitude? There are 2 key ways in my experience that truly serve me: 1. Choose your thoughts better. Every emotion/feeling is preceded by a thought. Better thoughts = better feeling 2. Preload your mind with a reservoir of good, clean, powerful, positive and fun content! When you attempt to select your thoughts your mind will search what is most recently downloaded. If you have just been watching the news you’re in trouble! By reading good books, listening to good audio programs and following positive people on social media you can preload your mind with the good stuff so it’s easily accessible when you need it. Makes sense right?
