These are the best because you can utilise them all around your home - even as a replacement for those nasty toilet sprays too! We usually just wing it and put our favourite oils together to make a yummy smelling room spray, but because it may be your first time, or you would like some guidance for a gift, we have shared a few of our favourites below. We have also shared a Christmas Tree Room Spray which would make an amazing room spray for Christmas Day or to spray your Christmas tree, so that it smells like a real one! 11.01.2022 STUCK FOR SIMPLE DIY CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEAS? There is no better body-treat than a home-made body scrub! They are just so lush, and very cost effective to make. Once you make your own you will honestly never go back to conventional scrubs! We usually swap between sugar scrubs and coffee scrubs and, if you treat them well, they can last a very long time. Just make sure that you are using a clean spoon each time and that you do not get any water into them. We love giving ...these away as gifts, and have had amazing feedback with the couple of recipes we have shared in the images below. They make beautiful gifts for everyone, especially as cost-effective teacher/carer gifts. You can get cheap jars from Kmart or your local $2 shop. You could even make up your own labels (you can get these from Officeworks or similar) and tie jute rope arounds the tops to dress them up. The world is your oyster with oil choices too, but just a couple of quick pointers: Make sure if you are going to use citrus oils that you let the recipient know to avoid direct sunlight for up to 24 hours. Even though you wash these off, some of the coconut oil doesn’t completely wash off, and some essential oils may still be present on the skin.
