16.01.2022 Well the cars all clean after a mad weekend at the The Highmount Guy Ultimate 4x4 challenge The car went awesome with minor issues for the time we spent racing. Although our weekend was cut short and we missed Sunday ( through no fault of the car ) we had great results with testing the new build. ... Even snuck in a stage 2nd and 4th win out of the three stages we did. Great fun event and can’t wait wait for the next one !! 11.01.2022 So we all know there are people out there having day too day struggles with COVID-19 restrictions ... So today we would like too change one persons day with a cold box of the finest Great Northern cans ( suck it up if you don’t like Northerns ) The Race car is going for its test and tune dyno day and I would invite everyone too have a guess at the KWs it makes. ... Closest to the number gets the box of beer. Simply comment your guess and sit and wait ... I’ll even deliver or post if your not local .. Here’s some info too help. Ls2 6.0, Harrop HO2 cam, valve springs etc etc ( 241 heads ) All rebuilt with rings bearings etc etc 6l80e with a TCE 3000 stall 4.1 diff ratios 35 tyres ( don’t wanna ruin the treps ) Just a bit of interactive fun Your guess could score a free box ..( providing it doesn’t shit the tin on the dyno )

05.01.2022 Well wilddog winch challenge is over for 2017 for our old farts team with bulk hours on the car and from all our friends coming up to the event and lots of set back in preparation we thought we were clear of all the issues but this was not to be; from flat tyres up to the event on our tow car, to shoes getting burnt to a crisp, anything that could go wrong did! After snapping the front kuckle assembly on ss6 and rebuilding it on the side of the track, thanks to our friend roa...d runner for the parts, we were left to complete 6 stages in 2 hours which we were on track to complete until a nasty bog hole snapped our rope which required us to get a recovery followed by a quick race back to the pits and a hand from our other good friends jeff and dean had us back out there with 25mins to start our last stage before they were shut down. Unlucky for us at this stage it was getting dark and we only had 1 headlight, not the best timing but we were all ready to send it no matter what until half way around the stage our clutch let go putting the last nail in the coffin for our weekend I would like to thank all our sponsors Essential Offroad, GnS tyres, Red Robin Fabrication, Thorn Fab, Gee Wiz, Perimeter Scaffolding, Barwon Heads Bakery, C&J Dollen Transport and Joe from NJV 4x4 Australia for lending us his own winch at our time of need and Heath Smith for being the best navi anyone could ask for!
