25.01.2022 When some of my oils get low I like to top the bottles up with Fractionated Coconut Oil and swap the cap for a roller top. These little FCO stickers are a great visual that I have diluted the bottle. Helichrysum is on the pricier side, but it sure does go a long way. Staying compliant is important, as I am not a doctor or specialist. I cannot diagnose, treat or cure...in saying that this little bottle of helichrysum works its magic on so many skin issues. I tend to get dry... itchy patches of skin in winter and need something to sooth and support healing. 19.01.2022 Whoops!!!! Yesterday I was condensing a few oils. I took the orifice reducers out of my peppermints and poured the remains of a smaller bottle in...making 1 full bottle of peppermint...perfect for keeping in my kitchen to make bliss balls. Today I made my bliss balls adding in the peppermint oil last. I took off the cap and tipped it up ready to count my 10 drops but instead of drops coming out, 2/3 of my bottle poured out into my batch of bliss balls...I forgot to put th...e orifice reducer back in yesterday. 2/3 is around 160-200 drops or more I cant stand wasting food so I put the mixture in a tray and once set I will store in small portions in the freezer. Every time I make a batch of bliss balls, instead of adding peppermint, I will just add a small portion from the freezer. Here I go with my second batch now.... 17.01.2022 BOGO Day five Saved the best till last in my opinion. Clary sage - think hormones hormones hormones (just not during pregnancy - during Labour is wonderful though). Also think skin skin skin. I love adding clary sage to our homemade body wash and use it in a daily hormones blend. An oil for intuition, open-mindedness and creativity.... Patchouli - cant praise patchouli enough. One of my absolute favourite oils. The oil of physicality. Love your body and accept its beauty. 16.01.2022 When I purchased an oil kit and became a wholesale customer 2 years ago, the promo at the time was a free cheer oil and free motivate oil. I popped them both in the diffuser together when I first opened my delivery and the two combined have always remained a very top favourite diffuser blend of mine. I can smell the peppermint and the citrus oils (including lemon myrtle), which is so refreshing and energizing. What makes it such an uplifting blend though, is the Melissa oi...l in the motivate. Melissa is known the way she helps support you when your moods are very low and you need to find your way back to the light. 16.01.2022 We thought we purchased blood oranges but then cut them open and werent so sure. Soph got our grapefruit essential oil out to take the smell test...yep grapefruit;) Grapefruit is a beautiful scent. It is uplifting and energizing as well as great for appearance of the skin. 06.01.2022 My daughter is not having the best time at the moment, however she could be worse. We went to the doctor today (not sure why), and got the dreaded script. We will pop that in a safe place for if we decide we need it. Sophie (13) decided to keep up what we are doing - immune bomb (tea tree, lemon, franki, on guard and oregano) in the diffuser and on her throat and soles of her feet (diluted safely with carrier oil of course!!!). She has also been drinking lots of fresh lemon water and today has manuka oil in her diffuser and on her throat.
