25.01.2022 Exciting news! Essential Personnel now have a house in Northam! Due to the lack of accommodation in the Wheatbelt area, there was few opportunities for our customers to live independently. To address this need, Essential Personnel has been working in partnership with Rise Network and the Department of Communities to secure a suitable property.... Pictured is Teeny Lane (Regional Manager) and Tony Green (Rise, Property Manager) exchanging the agreement and handing over the keys.

15.01.2022 Next week is The Midland March That Matters - 26th November "There is no excuse for abuse" Essential Personnel will be involved in the march, also representing people with disability who are affected by issues relating to abuse. ... 18% of people with disability report being victims of physical or threatened violence compared to 10% people without disability.(Council of Australian Governments, 2011) Why not show your support and join the march next thursday. We have also included a recent article from The Echo Newspaper.

This is an incredible team of people who support our customers to develop their skills and maintain employment. The work that they do is very labour intensive and as one of our customers said, its hard work, something they enjoy, and brings a sense of achievement when they are able... to look back on the beautiful gardens they have maintained. 02.01.2022 This is Kalina, who recently celebrated 25 Years working for Woolworths in Northam! She celebrated with a morning tea with work colleagues. A fantastic celebration chocolate cake for her and staff to share, and presents galore were showered upon her. Kalina has been a customer of Essential Personnel for nearly 30 years. Employment Consultant Karen from our Northam Office has had the privilege of supporting Kalina in her workplace for 12 years now.... Kalina's smile says it all, working with a very supportive team. When asked if she would like to give a speech, Kalina said "l love coming to Woolworths everyday and thank you all for coming to my morning tea." Well done Kalina, what a wonderful achievement!
