Dad reminded me yesterday that today is the one year anniversary of my Nana’s passing and the reason that’s important is I have lots of great memories of my Nana but The images at her funeral were of someone very adventurous and daring, a risk taker who loved life and I don’t really remember seeing that side of her. And it got me thinking. When did she decide to ‘play it safe’ and become cautious and fearful about what others thought! It serves as a friendly reminder for me to keep going, to live my life for me on my terms.
