05.01.2022 Unfortunately, we've had many more reports of DOOR-KNOCKERS IN THE MACEDON RANGES AREA by people claiming to be from Essential Solar. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT REPRESENT ESSENTIAL SOLAR. Essential Solar has installed many happy customers in the area, but we certainly do not use these sales tactics. Not now, not ever.... This is distressing for us as a company having spent 10 years building up an excellent reputation and extremely distressing for the community at this time of heightened anxiety. We understand that they were spoken to by the Police in Woodend yesterday, and we encourage anyone who is approached by these people to report them your local police station. 02.01.2022 PEOPLE OF DAYLESFORD: BEWARE OF DODGY DOOR-KNOCKERS This afternoon (25th March) we have been contacted by three separate people in Daylesford angry that people ...claiming to be from Essential Solar have been door-knocking their house trying to sell them solar. BEWARE these people are frauds! Essential Solar has installed many happy customer in Daylesford but we certainly do not use these sales tactics. Not now, not ever. If you are approached by anybody claiming to be from Essential Solar please be very careful they are lying. Call us to report the incident 8335-9990 and we shall call the police. Or just call the police directly. Unfortunately the solar industry has been plagued by this type of dodgy sales tactic which invariably ends in tears. So please be careful.
