06.01.2022 ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! No two programs at ESF are the same, even in group sessions, every client has their own program designed to suit their ability and goals. Physio recommendations, competition prep & personal goals are all taken into account when writing your program which is updated weekly. Limited spaces avail for one on one and small group training.
