25.01.2022 A bit of healthy fun for kids Immune boosting Jelly Ingredients:... 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice 2 tbls natural gelatin 1 tbls Manuka honey Combine 3 tbls hot water with gelatin, stir until it dissolves. This is a condition that can be prevented if the thyroid has the right nutrients to function. 1 key nutrient that is important is IODINE which is low in Australian soil hence the high prevelence of this condition !
