25.01.2022 These are a few of the wonderful blends of essential oils available. We use valor a lot when the kids have an exam or competition, or if fatigue leaves you feeling fragile. Citrus fresh is wonderful to diffuse for a fresh smelling house or a few drops in you water bottle. Yum.

A couple of drops in a water bottle will keep you energised all day (and give you fresh breath).
