24.01.2022 Sound on for commentary This one is orange and ginger sorbet. Making our own gelato was the last piece of the local and seasonal puzzle for us. Every week is pretty experimental as we imagine new flavours with what we can find at the Farmers Markets. We’re very proud of our gelato chefs Eliza and Morven and we hope you’re loving our gelato as much as they are! Just come to the front door and we will seat you and take care of all of the things so you can stay in a happy bubble. Plastic (but not laminated) menus! We couldn’t stand the idea of throwing away laminated menus every week. Plastic menu sleeves, easy to wipe down, easy to re-use. Sanitise Sanitise Sanitise so please don’t sit until we have prepared the spa...ce for you! Easy take away, stay in the fresh air and order at the corner shop or find us on @bopple.app Dance floor. Yes, with the removal of half our indoor tables we now have a dance floor sized space inside to keep your distance from other dancers. 1.5 - outside too, we have tables spaced out carefully - so again, please check with us before you move them. 12.01.2022 Crepes and all the things. These crepes are made with buckwheat flour, salt, water and a little of our buckwheat culture. So they’re gluten free (yew!) and dairy free and egg free and all that. But then! We slather them with house made ricotta, citrus curd, poached pears and granola.
