25.01.2022 Great day at the Have a Go Day in Rockingham. Thank you Catherine at Cariad Legal its great to work along side you in our shared passion to support people with Estate Planning and Administration.

23.01.2022 D2KD Merriwa Expo such a well run event. Lovely to meet so many amazing people full of life and passion. Thanks for having us. See you tomorrow at Bullcreek.

23.01.2022 Sadly for a family who I visited today in this beautiful place, death doesnt take holidays. The family who lost their Mum on Christmas Eve were having difficulty finding information and assistance of where to turn next and most places were closed. They return to the UK tomorrow. Today is also the anniversary of the death of one of our founders and I was proud to be able to continue his legacy to help families during a difficult time even when it is an out of hours situation. Perhaps today their paperwork burden was made a little easier. Rest In Peace.

22.01.2022 Is Christmas time difficult for you after the loss of a loved one? "There was a familiar voice on the end of the phone saying,"Hes dead. I was thinking they m...ust be joking, so I half giggled and said, What did they do now to annoy you? But then came the words that I will remember to this day.... No, I mean he IS dead! He has had a heart attack and he is dead!" I dropped to the cold, hard cement floor and screamed so loudly it was devastating. My family sat still for some time as we thought of his family and of all the people who loved him. Our hearts were so heavy......." For someone who has had a loved one die either during the year or around the Christmas period, it can be such a tough reminder of that person missing their lives. And then there is often the unfinished paperwork or maybe even the closure of paperwork and financial affairs. The whole experience can turn an already difficult time into a real heavy burden to carry..... almost unbearable for some. The story above is mine. And unfortunately it is not the only time I have received sad news of a loved one who has passed around Christmas time. I understand what it feels like and I dedicate each and everyday to serve and help other people in these difficult times. The families I meet are honestly one of the biggest reasons why I continue the legacy of Estate Administration Services WA. If we can lighten the heavy burden and make some sense of all the paperwork for them, then just maybe they can have the chance to grieve properly. A chance to move forward in their own way and in their own time. If any of the above has touched your heart and reminded you of your own losses, please know that we are thinking of you over this time. If we can support you in anyway, we are just a phone call away on 1800 350 930. Tammy Bija

20.01.2022 One of my favourite things to hear from my clients is "Thank you so much but I hope we dont see you any time again soon". I always have a giggle because then they say "oh sorry you know what I mean". It is probably the number one comment I get when I am able to finalise the paperwork and return all original documents to them and I know my job is done. Death can be hard on many and for many reasons. It is not something that you want people to have to experience over and ove...r again but the reality of life is that it is fleeting and over my years I have met a few of these people again and some are now friends with all they have been through. I hope just like this picture I always leave people with a new beginning to enable them to leave the hardened time behind and not necessarily let go of the grief but grow new shoots through it. ~ Tammy See more

17.01.2022 Would you know what to do? Unfortunately the death of someone, especially your parents, can quickly turn into Their financial world for family members. Some family members have been aware or even in charge of their parents finances prior to their passing....... But unfortunately for many people, amongst the devastation and grief is finding out their loved one didnt have a will. This can be a real problem, especially when they may need to access funds to pay for a funeral. Sometimes there are mortgages with no life insurance and other financial issues that can cause stress and disagreements between siblings and other family members. So in the super-busy world we live in, who has the time and strength to go through a deceased family members financials and paperwork? We do! If a family member passes and you just dont know what to do, please give us a call. We can help you to see what needs to be done and empower you with our Estate Administration Services should you engage us. Tammy Bija @ Estate Administration Services WA - 1800 350 930

17.01.2022 Today I had the absolute privilege to meet with a family who have a member in the rehab ward at Fiona Stanley Hospital. This kind lady lost her Mum before Christmas and the least I could do was be available to meet the family in a place convenient to them. The husband had already driven 3 hours from the Country to be with his Wife. The thing that grabs my attention every time I meet with people is their resilience during tough times. That is not to say that they arent sad, hurting or overwhelmed but they still know its ok to smile, laugh and be grateful. They actually made my day! ~ Tammy

17.01.2022 My clients are the beautiful people who remind me to take time to stop. Today is glorious so between paperwork this is where I am having my coffee. How are you today? What is your view? Take care this Thursday ~ Tammy

16.01.2022 Just something that a found so interesting. Thinking of many today.

16.01.2022 We will be at the Expo on Wednesday with Cariad Legal. Pop by and say Hello if you are in the area.

16.01.2022 One of the huge results from the survey we conducted over the last few weeks was that most people think that the biggest reason for not doing a Will is that it just isnt a priority. They have other things further up the list. This week is WA Wills week and I will be sharing a few things later in the week but this post from our good friends at Cariad Legal is a fantastic read.

14.01.2022 When there is no response its time to follow up? Sometimes the back and forth paperwork, emails and phone calls to utilities, superannuation companies and banks are the biggest time consuming part of being an Executor or Administrator. It can easily take a number of contacts to a company to solve the smallest of issues. Honestly anyone who has spent time on a call regarding these matters can tell you how consuming of time, energy and the even emotional toll of just one mat...ter. The detail is in the follow up! Estate Administration Services WA prides ourselves in the follow up of matters. We understand reasonable time frames, have the expertise in how and when to contact companies to see if the hold up is more information they require. This follow up process is one of the most important ways to keep an Estate on track and moving and for Executors and family is often the most difficult to fit into their already demanding schedule. Do you need assistance with the follow up. Feel free to message or call to see if we can help. Free call 1800 350 930.

12.01.2022 Paperwork. Its a hassle for many of us in our current day to day lives. So imagine how much this increases once someone has died. When the funeral is over, t...he paperwork of the deceased estate needs to be dealt with. And this often causes a great deal of stress for the family and Executors. Over the years, we have seen many Executors spending countless days searching and then going through all their loved ones paperwork and are still running around to have documents, signed witnessed for many months after their loved one has passed. And often they have to do it more than once as they didnt do it right the first time. Its a very frustrating time, jumping through the loop holes, figuring out the red tape and requirements, while still juggling their usual work and family commitments. Companies want their money and the Beneficiaries dont understand why its all taking so long to complete. The paperwork of a deceased estate is what we do at EASWA. We liaise with Mortgage Centres, Superannuation funds, Accountants, Real Estate agents, Financiers, Centrelink and other organisations. We help bring clarity to the Beneficiaries and other family members and keep them informed of the progress. We do all the leg work, so that you can grieve without this type of added stress. It doesnt have to be a confusing puzzle. Often the pieces are all there they just need someone to come alongside them and sort those pieces out to make the picture easier to finish. Tammy @ Estate Administration Services WA

09.01.2022 Today we assisted a client in the City. We went to Citizens Advice Bureau for signing and then Supreme Court - Probate Division. The role we play in these situations is as a guide and a company who has knowledge of the systems. The client had come from Mandurah and he was most grateful the process went smoothly due to the planning. He now walks away with peace of mind that things are moving forward. #estateadministrationserviceswa #executorassist

04.01.2022 Dying to Know Day expo number 2. Thanks RAAFA Bullcreek. With some of the passionate Life Ladies. Even the sign agrees thanks for having the passion and the heart to help people in difficult times! You all remind me to follow my heart!

04.01.2022 Everything is ok until its not....... More often than not families are thrown full force into the reality of the passing of a loved one. From the 1st phone call its an overwhelming experience. Not long into the planning of the funeral the finances are flagged, the Will is requested and suddenly a thousand questions dont always have the answers. Its at this point we are usually contacted by a family member.... Although many a person has lived a great, helpful and planned life, about approximately 30 to 40% of families who contact us have found out their loved one didnt actually have a Will. More often than not we are able to lead families step by step through the next paperwork processes. Its more than paperwork though. No one truly understands the emotional toll of being responsible for every form, for every phone call, for everything about their loved ones financial matters. It was only recently when I repeated these words back to an Executor I was assisting, when she thanked me for understanding because her family were putting a great deal of pressure on her to finalise things. She was working full time, running her own family matters and taking time off to do the running around required to finalise everything for her Mothers Estate. This is why we are here to help. We can do as little or as much as is needed to get matters moving and to relieve the day to day pressure. It is our finest moment when a family say we are so glad to be able to put that all behind us and now we are able to truly let go and grieve. Dedicated to your success, Tammy Bija @ Estate Administration Services WA

03.01.2022 Last week we attended the Seniors Recreation Council of WA Inc. Live Lighter expo in SwanView. So great to hear all the stories, meet fantastic people and provide much needed information to everyone.

03.01.2022 No one wants to leave their family in any difficulty when they pass. But over the years in our industry, we have seen all sorts of stress caused after a loved-one passes, as the remaining family members struggle with the paperwork and have no idea where to turn.... So we would like to share with you the 3 ways to ensure your legacy is one that reduces stress to your family;... 1. The WILL Having a good and legal binding Will is not going to be the death of you but not having a Will will very likely be massive stress on those left behind, particularly as families have diversity and the more complex the more important it is to have your wishes clear. 2. Superannuation Super does not form part of your Will. When was the last time that you checked if your superannuation nominations are current and accurate? Do you know the difference between binding and non binding nominations? 3. Mortgages Do you have a Mortgage? If so then do you have Life insurance to cover it if you pass? Does your Policy even cover death? In our experience these 3 things really need to be considered to leave your family in a better position when you die. Can I encourage you not to sweep it under the too hard basket? If not for you, then please consider your family as they are the ones that will be left to clear up the paperwork while also grieving for you. One of my passions is to relieve as much of the paperwork burden as possible for families are having to stress and strain over legalities, stand in customer service centres and make tiresome calls over and over again. Often these wonderful people are not given the space to grieve until after the paperwork is all finalised and they are able to let go. All enquiries: Please PM or call Tammy on 1800 350 930 #estateadmin #willsperth

02.01.2022 I thought this was very good. Even when others are telling you to move on. Remember its your grief and your time frame.
