08.01.2022 Positive review for the team at Estate Lawyers: James Daly with Estate Lawyers was fantastic in advising us through proper Estate Planning to help secure our familys future. I am a male Australian Citizen and I married my male American husband in America. Currently Australia does not recognise our marriage, so Estate Planning is crucial to cover us where marriage normally would. ... James helped direct us down the path of creating Wills and Enduring Powers Of Attorney to give us peace of mind in case something unexpected happens to either of us in the future.
