Regardless of our motivation for change, if your motivations revolve around anyone other than yourself, it is not going to work in the long run! You can easily set yourself up on a roller coaster of emotions and moods if you rely on other people to provide a constant supply of motivation and support for your own fitness journey. YOU are responsible for YOURSELF and for YOUR happiness. No one else in this world will invest as much into yourself as you are capable of doing in order to be successful. Take pride in who you are and what you do... do everything with your entire heart and BE YOUR OWN MOTIVATION. This is what I have achieved in the last year of my journey and I could not be happier

18.01.2022 So PROUD to share client Jodie's progress so far: Jodie has been training with me for the past 9 weeks and has been an insane loss of 14.5kg - 20cm loss from her hips and 7cm from her hips. We are on a journey to get Jodie looking and most importantly FEELING amazing for her 40th birthday and we WILL get there. ... Jodie is so deserving of these results - she always puts in 100% effort into all her sessions and is clearly sticking to her nutrition plan! Keep killing it Jodie!

13.01.2022 KETTLEBELLS Who LOVES training with Kettlebells? Typical kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance; particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders. Kettlebells can also assist in increasing grip strength.... The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch and the clean and jerk, engage the ENTIRE BODY at ONCE in a way that mimics real life activities - the ULTIMATE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING TOOL. There is no better way to burn fat than with a few high rep sets of kettlebell swings, snatches and clean and jerks. These killer ballistic exercises work your body as one and require a great deal of hard work - the harder you work the more calories you burn! Next time your in the gym and want to GET SWEATY , grab a kettlebell and give the following a try: HIIT Kettlebell workout - DO each move for 1 minute, with a 30 second rest inbetween each exercise * Kettlebell two-arm swing * Snatch * Clean, Squat and Press (30 seconds each arm) * Kettlebell one-arm swing (30 seconds each arm) * Kettlebell alternating-arm swing REPEAT IF YOU DARE!
