02.01.2022 Meet The Team! (Read until the End) The two at the top; foreman and the BOSS! Foreman Leo loves running around the job site and making a mess, thinking he is doing a great job but generally has everyone cleaning up after him. The BOSS Stella, she will TELL YOU EXACTLY how to do the job, even when she has no idea, and the question that follows is 'what you doing?'... Bottom Left: the CEO Bec. The formal decision maker! When the workers think it was their idea but the CEO had mentioned it weeks earlier, and the worker has only 'just got around to the job'. Bottom Right: the worker Malcolm. Malcolm comes from a hard working background, although his job before COVID-19 many thought he didn't even work. His grandfather (Les) had his own business which Malcolm worked in since he could walk and his father (Peter) was the Operations Manager of a major transport company for over 20 years. Malcolm's Nana and Mother played a major role in the caring/customer service side of his personality and he goes above and beyond for a lot of his customers continually making sure their needs are met, sometimes above his own. His sister (Tamyka) is 4 years younger but absolutely smashing goals in life being a great driver for Malcolm to also succeed because we all know, the younger sibling can't do better than you. 02.01.2022 THE BOSS came into the office today to make sure the worker was doing what workers are meant to do. The BOSS brought the CEO’s iPad into the office, with the worker thinking maybe she was conducting some important business, alas, games were being played. Got to love being the boss!
