23.01.2022 This was taken 2 years ago, only a few months before I fell pregnant. At the time it was the fittest, strongest and leanest I had ever been but in my head I still thought I could drop a few kilos..... we never truely appreciate what we have at the time do we? And even though I would kill to have this body now, I am also aware that my life is so different now and I am doing the best I can. I am 38 yrs old, I have a beautiful 1.7 month old, a family, a business, I am finishing... a degree I started almost 5 years ago and finishing a Diploma in Clinical Pilates.
