17.01.2022 Happy World Kindness Day! Celebrated internationally each year on 13 November, the purpose is to spread kindness within communities and highlight good deeds to encourage others to pay it forward. We can all spread a little kindness, whether at work, home, or at the supermarket, by doing simple things, like holding the door open or smiling at a stranger! At Estia Health, we understand the past year has been challenging for many, with people feeling isolated and unable to see loved ones and family. Take the time to send a message, a written card or a phone call to someone you care about. If there’s one of our residents you’d like to send a message to, you can use our message a resident function www.estiahealth.com.au/messagearesident.

10.01.2022 Estia Health Bendigo enjoyed a visit from Jake the horse this week. Many of our residents have a particular love for horses, but the visit was especially memorable for Nancy and David. It was wonderful to hear all their stories and see everyone light up around Jake.
