24.01.2022 So many events called off this year, but it just means so much more to look forward to in 2021. Taking it back to the 2016 Melbourne Asian Cup hosted by our friends at Melbourne Chinese Soccer Association and Melbourne Victory. A huge moment of football for many of our players and friends representing Timor Leste on the big stage At 90 minutes the match ends 2-2 taking it down to penalties, where the boys held out 3:1 to take the cup against Japan Spot yourself in the crowd? 17.01.2022 We're thrilled that the VIC Government's latest update paves the way for a return to play for players aged 19+. Once detailed guidance from SRV is received, FV will immediately release updated Return to Play conditions, which we anticipate will be this week: https://ftbl.vc/rtp2311

16.01.2022 It’s hard to believe we went from this, to stage 4 lockdown in a matter of weeks. So close to season kick off and a taste of normality. But with curfews in place and restrictions tougher than before, it’s time to stay home, stay safe and look out for one another. Check in on your mates, its never been more important. Football will be back and so will our great community #stayhome #staysafe #seeyousoon

14.01.2022 Patiently waiting for an update on the next stage of Victorian restrictions Regular season done, and summer competitions cancelled. We just want preseason to start already! Here’s a throwback to this time last year at the Melbourne Chinese Soccer Association Unite Cup. Stay tuned as we wait to hear from the State Government, and guidelines from Football Victoria and Brimbank City Council on our plans for Return to Play.

08.01.2022 DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS? | Or maybe you know someone that does! Share your details with us and let’s spread the word. We know how challenging the last five months have been, and now we’re set to endure another 6 weeks of slow business, reduced capacity and operations, and for some, complete closure. There has never been a more important time to support local businesses, as well as our family and friends. #openforbusiness #supportlocal #etabuffalosc

07.01.2022 We can’t wait to get back into it! Stay tuned, more details to come next week!

06.01.2022 Following yesterday’s state government announcement on the next stage of easing restrictions, the return of outdoor community sports was highlighted to resume from Sunday 1 November 11:59pm. This would mean contact sports for under 18s (like our MiniRoos programs) and non-contact sports for adults. Understandably we are all keen to get back to having a kick, particularly looking forward to preseason and 2021. But please bear with us as we await further detail from both the Victorian Government and Football Victoria on what this means for us. We will endeavor to keep you updated as we learn more in the coming weeks. In the meantime keep up your social distancing measures so that we can get back it as soon as possible!

05.01.2022 Flashbacks coming in strong this time of year, with what would be seasons ending and presentation nights to come. Here’s one from 2018 - our Senior Women taking out the VicSoccer Invitation Cup 3-2 #whatateam #etabuffalosc

05.01.2022 Stage 4 Restrictions are now in place for Metro Melbourne. Keep up to date with the changes by following the Department's updates below. Stay home, stay safe.

05.01.2022 How’s this for a throwback, 9 years ago to this day! Picking up our 2011 Championship and Runners Up flags

03.01.2022 An update from Football Victoria on Return to Play conditions. Contact sport can resume for juniors aged 18 and under (like our MiniRoos programs), however Senior players aged 19 and over cannot return to play; only restricted non-contact training is possible at this stage. We will now await details from Brimbank City Council as to how and when we are able to proceed with use of Delaney Reserve.

02.01.2022 WE ARE BACK | Thanks to yesterday’s state government announcement, contact sport is set to resume for adults 18 years and over. Join us at Delahey Reserve on Tuesday and Thursday nights as pre-season training kicks off! As restrictions remain in place, sessions will run from 6:45pm til 8:00pm at our home ground for both our Senior Men and Women. Numbers are limited to 20 players per half pitch, so we asked that you advise us of your attendance prior to a session. To maintain ground conditions, Brimbank Council has asked that you only wear rubber soled shoes (runners/sneakers) at this point in time, strictly no football boots are to be worn. Be sure to bring a bottle of water and adhere to all social distancing measures. A copy of our Covid safe return to play conditions will be made available for your review shortly.
