09.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart we announce this Saturday will be Dan’s last night cooking for us in the Et al kitchen. After 4 years pumping out killer meals in that tiny space 8 shifts a week, he’s off to rest and explore other opportunities. You know he’s love to keep it on the downlow but we know you’d be sad to miss your opportunity to say goodbye. We’ll be closed Sunday thru Thursday for a little fit out refresh before reopening next Friday. Stay tuned for more news on that front. But for now, thanks for everything Dan!
