10.01.2022 As per the latest announcement, bookings for classes and gym use are no longer required. Free trials and casual passes will be available for all classes again. Tagging in will be mandatory as usual.

08.01.2022 GYM UPDATE As of 11.59pm tonight we are going to some changes: Indoor fitness facilities can have up to 150 people with a group limit of 20. We can have 50 in a group outdoor ... Muay Thai will be run indoor/outdoor to fit everyone in and boxing will be split across the two rooms like last time. Classes will still need to be booked but I think we can safely get rid of the booking system for general gym use. The Sauna will be operational tomorrow although the Ice bath will not be open until mid-week. While this is exciting, we need to ensure every single person coming through the doors is scanning their fobs for accurate contact tracing info. Nothing else changes, everything still needs to be cleaned after use and we all need to stay vigilant. Booking info: Casual sessions can now be purchased online prior to arriving Bulk session pack will now be purchased online and save you having to worry about losing your card or having a staff member clip your card You can now book more than two days ahead All classes MUST be booked What's on this week? Tomorrow night we have live music with Isaac Fryer hitting the decks Nutrition Warehouse will be in for taste testing and some prize packs Tuesday we have Kristy Harris- KH Boxing in to take boxing Thank you to everyone so far, you have all been great by doing the right things. 06.01.2022 We usually close for a week over the holiday period and stop all timetabled classes, but this year we're running a skeleton timetable for member use over the holiday period. The gym will be open for member use as usual, with classes running on the dates below. Our usual trainers are taking a well deserved break, so you'll get to train with some new faces! Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year! (2021 can only be better, right?)
