17.01.2022 Would you believe this abrasion was 3x larger last night and looked like I had been burnt with a branding iron This abrasion was caused due to a reaction I had to the band-aid the nurse put on after they took my blood in hospital The first time it it happened was on the Thursday. It wasn't bad and I was using my doTERRA Helichrysum which was helping reduce it greatly.... Then the nurse who came in on Friday morning to take my blood saw the round mark and 'oh are you allergic to these band-aids?' I looked at her blankly and said 'Is that why it turned red?' 'Yes, you had a reaction. So always so no to these ones.' .....very good to know I thought Friday afternoon I had my surgery and was in and out of it for the rest of the night Saturday morning I saw I had another one of 'those band-aids' on my arm in the same spot! I took it off and had been again applying my Helichrysum and Correct-x ointment onto it I know with my body being all over the place it was slowing the healing a bit. Last night it came to me to put Frankincense on it too! So at bedtime I put a drop of Frankincense on and then my Helichrysum This morning I woke and it was half the size Applied the same this morning and this afternoon it's reduced in size again! 04.01.2022 The latest from the blog page The Galactic High Council Each week, when possible, I receive a Massage and Reiki combination treatment. Having been away being a teacher’s assistant for two ThetaHealing classes last week and long driving hours, I was hanging for this session.... Once I was on the table, and finally starting to relax, I felt my mind completely clear. So blissful... A little later I felt a presence enter the room. My attention was brought to someone standing at my head waiting for me to address them. I was getting mixed messages as to who it was. I went up to the Creator and asked who was here. (In ThetaHealing we learn to go up to the Creator of All There Is, in the Seventh Plane of Existence. Here we receive the Creators highest perspective and see the ultimate truth on the answers we seek.) Through the Creator I saw the being clearly and as the being became clearer I heard 'Arcturian'. I asked the Arcturian "You're an Arcturian. What brings you here today?" The Arcturian replied "Yes I am. I have come to take you to the Galactic High Council." Me: "Right now!? I'm relaxing. This is my switch off time. It seems a bit cheeky to come in right now." Arcturian: "Yes. It's of great urgency. The Council have called a meeting regarding the Human Race and your vote is required. As a member of the High Council we need you now." I checked in with the Creator to verify this information and got a clear 'Yes it is true and you are safe to go'. 02.01.2022 Feeling wrung out after having so much mixed emotions come up during our KunYin Teacher training tonight As I tuned into my body and wrote down what was coming up for me I saw a mountain of memories from throughout my life come tumbling in My first thought was "where the f%$k do I start!?" ... So I put my pen to paper and let the memories flow onto the paper A lot of it was confronting to witness, and as I wrote these down, what my body was experiencing through her tears was relief My feelings were anger, sadness (so much sadness), frustration, resentment and through all that I also had clarity Seeing the times when I had spoken my truth and being ridiculed by those who were closest to me All the times I had been through a variety of abuse When my body changed during pregnancy and I felt so alone My short and firey temper All the times I had to switch my emotions off because it was to painful to feel what was happening in reality Every time I was told "Your to much- tone yourself down. People can't handle you" and sooo much more My body then whispered to me the most important messages- and these are for Everyone to remember I am here to show women how they can let themselves be seen. To show them that they matter Their stories matter You matter You don't have to be brave anymore- you can just be You The abuse is behind you. You can now breathe and be free of this You can now fly free Butterfly After this we shifted these emotions out through our movement. This was so powerful and liberating all at the same time I'm so grateful I'm on this journey... not just for myself, but for the incredible Women who will be joining me once I've completed my training Remember- you matter and no hard things may feel right now, or at any stage in your life, you will get through it So much love, strength and gratitude to you All xx Christine
