25.01.2022 Am I super impressed with this amazing woman? YEP! She's had days where she really didn't feel like training, but she turned up, pushed through, and achieved great things. Just to change the training stimulus as bit for her last session, we added chains, but dd that deter her? NOPE! Well done Tanya - you ROCK!

Now resistance exercise doesn't have to be throwing around weights like you are a cracked out monkey. 09.01.2022 [### The Eternally Fit Story ###] Like most trainers, it all started in a commercial gym. That only lasted 6 months as it was not really my style so I started to provide outdoor classes as well as helping a few private and semi-private clients. I now own a transformation studio where ICE (the Fat Burning Group Exercise Program, FIRE (the Strength Building and Body Shaping Program), and Metabolic Nutrition (the program where you learn how to eat lots of delicious food AND lose... weight) is making a truly positive impact on people's lives. My studio (aka the 'FIRE Pit') started in 2018 after being shown (in late 2017) how to create everlasting, sustainable, and life-changing body transformations. Now THIS was more my style. However for me to take people on such a life-changing body transformation journey, I needed to 'walk-the-walk' in order to 'talk-the-talk' (if you know what I mean). Now that I have done that, and have sustained the changes, you know you are in good hands if you too want to make a change; be it a few kilos, 3 dress sizes, or just to get more active. 01.01.2022 Success secret - make your process-oriented goals non-negotiable in order to make your outcome-based goals a possibility. Have you ever not "felt it" when you needed to go to training? In the past that would have been a cue to talk himself into missing a training session. Now when he doesn’t feel it, he shows up anyway because it's a non-negotiable AND a habit. It's normal.
