When stuff happens in life that may not be within your plans, to do CHOOSE to: Behave ABOVE the line- *Take ownership *Take action *See hope *See feedback *Make new choices *Take responsibility *Seek solutions *Victor mentality OR Behave BELOW the line- *Blame others * Make excuses *Enter into victim mode * Lose control * Wait for others *Do nothing *See failure *Be in denial *Victim mentality We all do it. 23.01.2022 Yummo! Vegan Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding...tastes just like Chocolate Mousse Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dessert! Recipe:... 2tbl Chia Seeds 1tbl Cacao powder 1/2 cup Almond or nut milk (may need to add more later) 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Cacao nibs Stir all ingredients together in a bowl or glass. Put in fridge for 1 hr. Stir again, may need to add more liquid. Allow to set overnight or 2 hrs. Serve with mixed berries, toasted coconut and cacao nibs.

21.01.2022 Day 27/30 Giving up.... In the past when things got tough, or my self talk turned negative...I GAVE UP ... Examples if things I gave up, to name a few: *Learning to play the flute *Switching out of harder maths to lower level *Not pursuing a career that I loved *A university degree * My sense of self and identity Because- *I didn't have the self believe that I was good enough * I didn't have the self believe that I was worth achieving success * I didn't believe that I knew enough * AND most importantly, I didn't LOVE myself enough Well this was all a load of BS! It wasn't until I began to CHOOSE myself and do some DEEP in work on myself through personal development that my BELIEFS have totally flipped!!! When things are not EASY, it's because I was pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. So rather than only taking one step forward and dip my toe in discomfort, I choose to LEAP and take more than 2 steps forward!! Then the only way to move is FORWARDS!!! We all get to CHOOSE what we believe. If we don't like our beliefs than take the time to SWITCH them! There is never any failure only feedback. If things don't turn out the way you planned or hoped it's time to pivot and try a different approach rather than give up! Take a chance and GO FOR IT, I SAY! You only live once, so you may as well live a life of experience rather than regret! I NOW- * LOVE myself * Know I am worthy of creating the life of my dreams and I have the power to do so * Know I am so worthy of success * And that I do know more than enough to help people see their own precious gifts! 18.01.2022 Plant based not Bolognese with Zoodles. Finished with Basil Pesto Intuitive Eating! These days I eat about 90% Plant based 10% Animal product and Gluten free. Sometimes I will have a little bit of Free Range Chicken, Bone broth, Merediths Goats Cheese or Halomi. I have tried some many different diets, including very restriction ones. And now just mostly plant based as I feel it serves my body the best. I also love it too! ... There is also significant research that mostly plant based gluten free diets reduces inflammation in the body preventing many diseases such as cancer and auto immune diseases. Animal products are so much harder to digest therefore placing a lot more stress on the body. Drinking plenty of water Getting 7-9hrs of sleep per night Daily exercise/movement Being grateful and expressing it Forgiveness Communicating effectively Connecting with family and friends Show LOVE and COMPASSION to yourself and others Learning something new These are all important for a balanced life. Letting go of any judgement and try rating each one on a scale of 1 to 10...see where you're at and where you could improve It's normal for things to fluctuate. It keeps us engaged in life, and happy So, what are you doing for fun today? How can you add a little to your day? Still thinking? If you need ideas....go outside, move your body, put on some upbeat music and TURN UP THE VOLUME. Spend 5 minutes watching animal vids on tik tok (always good for many laughs), go get ice cream with your kid, or let your partner beat you in a game of cards (but don’t tell them) Or maybe some hula hooping like me! Delicious Rainbow Bowl, Curried Tofu served with raw carrot, zucchini, capsicum, red cabbage and beetroot plus roast broccoli and tahini dressing! 11.01.2022 Day 30/30 CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENT! I DID IT! I got through my challenge of posting daily for 30 days (I did miss a few) but I still continued. Even on days when I didn't feel like posting, I did it anyway! ... Breaking through barriers to create content and show up, even when I thought I had nothing to share. Its a fantastic idea to hallenge yourself with things in life to keep motivated and stay focused. Hmmm...what challenge to do next I wonder? Namaste, Erin
09.01.2022 Day 28/30 GRATITUDE Out of everything to be practiced in life, GRATITUDE should be the most important things that you can bring to yourself DAILY! ... Its not just about saying to yourself that you are grateful for this or that. Its also about focusing in on that FEELING that it brings you. The POSITIVE emotional and mental charge that it gives. FEEL IT and WITNESS the EXPERIENCE. For course life can throw challenges at us and things aren't always plain sailing! With the UPS there must be DOWNS too, its only natural. How can we ever appreciate the UP times if we don't have any DOWN times? Its the way that we APPROACH these situations and MANAGE these times that's the key. Gratitude provides a beautiful anchor for us in the face of adversity. It enhances HOPE and OPTIMISM! Helping us to BALANCE things out. How ever we operate, we begin to attract more of the same. Our minds are hard wired to focus on finding THREATS to keep us SAFE! So it is naturally programmed for negative. And we also have the control to redirect our minds to focus on the positives! For example- If we operate from a place of FEAR we attract more FEAR and negativity. It lowers our vibration. Whether its from others around us or situations we experience. The same goes for GRATITUDE. When we operate from the place of GRATITUDE we begin to ATTRACT more of the same, POSITIVITY and JOY! It was a flow on affect. And the more you practice it the more often you will ATTRACT IT! It RAISES our VIBRATION. Flood yourself with all the BEAUTUFUL POSITIVES! Practicing gratitude in the morning is an amazing way to start your day. Setting yourself up for a perfect day ahead. And or practicing before bed reflects on all the positives things you have experienced is awesome too! Especially just before sleep, as your unconscious mind is much more suggestible before sleep. Encouraging these beautiful things to be embedded while sleeping! It does not matter how big or small these things are. You can ALWAYS find something to be GRATEFUL FOR! What are you GRATEFUL for today? I am grateful for our beautiful garden that we have created. I am so happy to finally have a garden to watch grow and tender to! Its been many years in the making I am grateful for being able to go outside in our backyard now and enjoy what nature has to offer. I am also grateful to get some lovely plants from my Mums garden too! It makes it even more special having my Mum being part of my garden too (who is an avid gardener)! Thanks Mum Robyn Cashin! The pill does exist. It's called Meditation." - Jonathon Haidt As we are now isolated in our homes with more time up our sleeves, this give us the perfect space to... practice a pause. No time like the present to practice Meditation. Even as simple as 1 to 2 mins of sitting or lying down just focusing on the breath. Brings us back to our bodies. Calms the mind and the body. Start the practice with just a couple of minutes and build up over time. Even if you have kids, you can still find a couple of minutes to just stop and breathe. (Hot tip: Even if you have to close the door and practice in the toilet! ) The flow of effect to your family with be compounding. Namaste, Erin
