24.01.2022 To my valued clients, after a lot of thought and in light of the current social distancing guidelines set out by the department of health, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the studio. Due to the close proximity of the treatments I provide day to day, I feel it's my duty of care to carry out the recommended social distancing now and reassess later after a few weeks. I have been making my way through emailing anyone who has appointments coming up and will... update you along the way. All deposits will be carried over or refunded if you prefer not to reschedule. Please ignore any automated email and text reminders that may come through. I'm showing my support to health care workers and those that are or have close contact with the immunocompromised or vulnerable. Thank you to all of those who have been understanding so far

23.01.2022 Here is an outline of our health policies currently in place to help make the studio as safe as possible for us both. I have been loving seeing you all again There are not many appointments left but I will post about any cancellations in stories so keep an eye out for that too! 22.01.2022 those eyes! her brows were created with the brief to look like how the brows might have been naturally if she hadn't plucked them for so long years ago! like they are just meant to be. The technique is a fluffy microblading style. We will reconvene in 6-10 weeks for the free touch up session to add more if desired

21.01.2022 I'm so grateful for each person that chooses me to do their brows For this client she had quite uneven brows and wanted natural, thick and fluffy without having a "makeup" look. With microblading the effect doesn't replace makeup/a filled in brow look, they just look naturally fuller, balanced and face framing, which you can build on with makeup if you're going out for example.

19.01.2022 the back story / / 6 years ago I started cosmetic tattooing, I was working in the beauty industry previously with my passion still in brow shaping + skin, when I did training with Irina Levchuk from Russia, I knew I wanted to learn all I could about creating natural and beautiful brow tattooing, so I set on my way to invest in learning as much as I could over the years with training with anyone I was inspired by, to refining my own style of work, I never stop searching for improvement as it's easy to grow the obsession when it's your favourite thing to do

15.01.2022 the books are now open online please take note of the new health precautions at the studio: -wear a mask if you have one -alcohol swab your phone at the sanitizing station, if you know you will need to touch it during your appointment -then sanitize hands... -limit the amount of belongings you bring in -arrive on time -bring just yourself, no guests/children for longer appointments: -bring your own water bottle -bring your own blanket or warm jacket if you get cold, as I can't provide a blanket

14.01.2022 UPDATE 27/5: The form is now closed for the time being while I sort through requests. I will announce once my online booking system is up and running again. In preparation for reopening, please fill in my booking request form on my website http://etherealbeautystudio.com.au as it will make the booking process as smooth as possible. First priority is those who I had to cancel pre lockdown then to the rest of clients who fill out the form. Once I have room to offer new appointments I'll make my online booking system public at a later stage thank you!

09.01.2022 I love that she bought herself a set of brow tattoos for her birthday These brows are powder technique which I like to describe as a misting of pigment through the brows without any hard lines, just a soft focus backdrop in the perfect shape for you. fyi, these include a free touch up session to use within 5-10 weeks... 02.01.2022 creating brows for the past 4 weeks has been fun and seeing such beautiful transformations is so satisfying, especially when a client is seeing their beauty in a new light. these are fresh combination brows, healing softer with a more diffused effect looking forward to meeting some new clients and seeing my amazing regulars in the future but for now, back to my stay at home fur mum life.

01.01.2022 microblading that doesn't look overdone completed brows after the 2nd session. these brows just brighten up the face and look like they're meant to be there but a natural fuller and fluffier version.

01.01.2022 Studio hibernation 2.0 / closing as of today: to the clients that have been patiently waiting for their appt day, I'm sorry The clients with bookings and deposits left will be contacted first as soon as I have a reopening date. If you prefer your deposit refunded just email me.

01.01.2022 after your initial 2 brow sessions, I recommend having your touch up between 12-18 months and after your first annual maintenance usually you can stretch it out even further. It's better to let your brows fade to a soft but still visible version and give the skin have a chance to rest. i don't recommend or offer touch ups every 6 months, whilst this would be more business for me, I would compromise your skin and also limit the quality of results over time by over working a...nd damaging the skin. Most of my clients come back after approx 14 months which is more ideal Not every skin is the best candidate for longer lasting permanent makeup especially when they have had previous work that has caused scar tissue and other variables such as lifestyle, certain active skincare and sun exposure.
