16.01.2022 It's gems like this that make our local area so special.

16.01.2022 Using AA Co. Wagyu tonight. Wagyu teriyaki skewers. I've sliced it very thin and marinated in teriyaki, it will be cooked on a hot bbq plate 10 seconds each side then served. Teriyaki marinated 1 cup Mirn 1 cup gf soy sauce 1/2 cup honey.... Combine all ingredients in a pot bring to the boil, then simmer till reduced by 1/5. Cool and place in a container with the sliced wagyu. Ready to cook in 1/2 an hour. The marinate will cook the beef and acts as a preservative. Keep refrigerated, 14 day shelf life.

Just loved serving this, and remember the night well.
