19.01.2022 A controlled hazard reduction burn is planned to take place on Wednesday and maybe Thursday afternoons(5th and 6th August 2020) in the Kinchant Dam area subject to favourable weather conditions. The controlled burn manages areas of underlying vegetation to reduce the potential for and lessen the intensity of future bushfires that may occur in this area. It is expected smoke will be generated in the area until the burn is completely extinguished. If you or any of your family have any medical conditions that the smoke will affect please close your doors and windows and remain inside and take necessary precautions. If you have any questions contact 1st Officer on 0427595699
