23.01.2022 Hi All! After a tough season for so many Tasmanians, we would firstly like to express that we hope you are all healthy and spirits are high. While we are not out of the woods yet, we are excited to see some light at the end of the tunnel. ... **New Website** Over the last few months, Elite Tours & Transfers Tasmania has updated and republished our new look website. With revised tours, a fresh new feel and updates happening regularly, we would love you to drop in and have a look! www.elitetourstas.com.au **Road Trip** To get a feel for how Tasmania is recovering and moving forward after the Covid lockdown/restrictions etc, our office manager John and driver/tour guide Cheryl embarked on a statewide road trip to see some sights, touch base with Tasmanian businesses (wineries, restaurants, accommodations etc) and get a feel for how tourism is bouncing back. We did not know what to expect, but are delighted to report that it exceeded our expectations. Most businesses are open, many accommodations were completely booked out, restaurants were regularly at capacity and the sights are still as beautiful as ever! (watch this space for some photos and stories from the road trip over the coming weeks). Elite Tours & Transfers Tasmania is currently operating and the interest we are receiving from Tasmanians to book in tours to experience our incredible state has been amazing. As interstate travel slowly resumes in the near future, we also look forward to showing travellers the beauty that we have in our own backyard. 12.01.2022 The weekend is nearly here and we've got Dark Mofo withdrawals! What a festival it was... Fortunately, the fun doesn't stop for long around here, the Huon Valley Mid-Winter Festival is nearly upon us. There are plenty of events to attend with lots of opportunities to sample some of the wonderful ciders from Willie Smith's Apple Shed. Tasmania is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year.

06.01.2022 Last weekend we took a small group to the amazing Grandvewe Cheeses & Hartshorn Distillery. During the visit the group took the opportunity to sample the delicious sheep cheeses on offer as well as the unique (and genius) sheep whey vodka from the on-site boutique micro distillery. The visit concluded with afternoon tea in the cafe which has a stunning view of the bay as a backdrop.
